Iowa Park Chamber of Commerce is accepting vendor applications for their annual Parkfest to be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 8, at Gordon Lake. Booth costs are $25 for a 10X10; $40 for a 20X10; and $60 for a 30X10. There is a limited number of booth space with electricity and there is an extra $10 fee per booth.
The Iowa Park High School senior class of 2021 learned last week that the tradition of Project Graduation would not carry on this year because of minimal fundraising due to Covid restrictions. But as parents often do, they stepped up to insure an end-of-school celebration.
