In Tuesday’s special election for State Senate District 30, Republicans Drew Springer and Shelley Luther advanced to a general runoff election.
Springer received 31.8 percent of the vote, and Luther received 31.7. Democrat Jacob Minter followed with 21 percent, but no other candidate received over 10 percent of the vote.
