An 18-month old baby girl drowned Monday despite effots of her dad and first responders preforming CPR after she was found floating face down in a swimming pool.
First responders were dispatched at approximately 7:40 p.m. Monday to the 2300 block of Bridwell Road in reference to a possible drowning.
