Billy Dean James, a lifelong resident of Iowa Park, will be celebrating his 90th birthday tomorrow.
Born to D.O. and Gladys Horn James on a farm north of the Community House off of FM 367, on September 11, 1930, Billy attended school in Valley View and Iowa Park, graduating in 1947.
