Abbott annnounced third wave of reopening- Texas economy during COVID-19 pandemic

On Monday, Texas Governor Greg Abbott announced a third wave of reopening the Texas economy during the COVID-19 pandemic, giving child care facilities to open completely, and bars to open Friday with limited capacity. Sporting events can return (without fans) at the end of the month.

Restaurants will now be able to operate at 50-percent capacity, up from the current 25-percent.
