During a traffic stop at 7:26 p.m. Sunday in the 200 block of West Highway, Rona Bree-Ann Taylor, 36, was charged with manufacture or delivery of substance in penalty group one (methamphetamine) - over four grams under 200 grams; possession of a controlled substance penalty group one to four grams methamphetamine; possession of a controlled substance penalty group one (cocaine) - under one gram; tampering with or fabricating physical evidence; and money laundering $2,500 - $30,000.
