Jerry Turner
Jerry Turner, 72, of Wichita Falls passed away Tuesday, Sept. 7.
Funeral services were held Tuesday in the chapel of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home. Interment was held at Dixie Cemetery in Whitesboro.
Jerry was born on Jan. 13, 1949, in Cullman, Al., to Houston and Mildred Turner. He served in the United States Army and was a Vietnam Veteran. He worked 40 years in the car business. He enjoyed his family and spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He also enjoyed cooking, playing pool, hunting, fishing, and riding motorcycles.

Survivors include Denece Garrett; his sister, Carlie Hartley of Rogers, Ar.; his daughter, Tammy Cox of Devol, Ok.; two sons, Tim Turner of Roanoke and Jonathan Turner of Iowa Park; 12 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
