Doug Spruiell

Doug Spruiell, 69, passed away Wednesday in Wichita Falls. Services will be held at 11 AM on Friday, July 10, 2020 in the pavilion at Highland Cemetery under the direction of Dutton Funeral Home in Iowa Park, Texas.

Doug was a long time resident of Iowa Park before moving to Wichita Falls. He was a 1970 graduate of Iowa Park High School. He was a proud member of a State winning Hawk football team as head hunter on the receiving team. Doug was a movie buff, treasure hunter, and avid reader. He was preceded in death by his father, Dan and his mother, Pat.

Surviving relatives include his son, Brian of San Antonio and his daughter, Lori of Wichita Falls. He is also survived by his brothers Rusty, of Abilene, Wes, of Justin, and Barry of Allen.

He has four grandchildren; Megan, Garrett, Presley and Cole.
