Cynthia Ann McNeely

Cynthia Ann McNeely, 70, of Andrews, passed away on Monday, Dec. 21, in Andrews.

Cynthia was born Nov. 7, 1950, in Haskell, to Sonny Pittcock and Novice Allison. She graduated from Rule High School in 1969. She held many jobs over the years but known as a beautician.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Billy McNeely on October 13, 2019.

Survivors include her children, Meredith Middlebrooks and Monica Fields, both of Andrews, and Robert Wainscott of Iowa Park; step-daughter, Elizabeth Mulroy of Wichita Falls; sister, Pam Bowles of Rule; brothers, Nolan Pittcock of Rule, and Jimmy Pittcock of Huntsville; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
