Charles “Charlie” Wayne Brown

Charles “Charlie” Wayne Brown, 60, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 14.

Graveside services were held Monday at Highland Cemetery under the direction of Dutton Funeral Home.

He was born in Wichita Falls, Nov. 15, 1960. He was a pipefitter/plumber by profession, and an artist and handyman.

Charlie was pre-deceased by his father Curtis and mother Martha.

Survivors include his wife, Julie Brown; sons, Joey Brown Toby Brown, Andrew Daly, and Dylin Wheat; two brothers, Deland Brown and Gary Brown; sister, Darleta Catlin; and seven grandchildren.
