Belinda Jean Roy

       Belinda Jean Roy, 62, of Iowa Park passed away on September 20, 2021. A memorial service will be held in the chapel at Dutton Funeral Home in Iowa Park on Saturday, October 2, 2021.

       Belinda was born on January 30, 1959 to parents Billy and Betty Henson. She graduated in 1978 from Iowa Park High School. Belinda later received her certificate in food service and retired from North Texas State Hospital, where she worked as supervisor for the kitchen.

      Some of her hobbies included casino hopping, spending time with her sisters and friends, as well as posting on Facebook. Belinda loved many as she was loved by many. She showed everyone what unconditional love was and truly had a heart of gold.

      Belinda was preceded in death by her husband, Claud Henry Roy; her parents, Billy & Betty Henson; two sisters, Brenda Henson and Becky Dickerson; and two nieces, Diane Bold & Ashley Dickerson.

      She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Roy, of Iowa Park, TX; two adored grandchildren, Jenneson Addie Moer of Allen, TX and Maddox Henry Moer of Wichita Falls, TX; two sisters, Debbie and husband Allen Bolf of Wichita Falls, TX, & Barbara and husband Randy Rush of Burkburnett, TX; nieces, Sheila Callahan, Tiffany Stewart, Ronnie Adkins, and Brittany Russo; nephews, Rosco Bolf, Robert Dickerson, and Eddie Little.

      In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations sent to Hospice of Wichita Falls.
