Bradley Leon Costello, 62, of Iowa Park, Tx, joined our Heavenly Father on Friday, July 8, 2022.
The family will receive friends and family between 6 and 8 p.m. on Tuesday, July 12, 2022, at Owens and Brumley Funeral Home in Wichita Falls. Celebration services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 13, 2022, at First Baptist Church in Iowa Park. Internment will follow at Highland Cemetery under the direction of Owens and Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls..
Brad was born on August 17, 1959, to Forrest L. and Dolores (Watson) Costello in Great Falls, Montana. His family moved to Iowa Park in 1973. Brad graduated from Iowa Park High School in 1977. He attended Midwestern State University where he earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. He met the love of his life, Patricia Cummings, in high school. They married on April 12, 1980. The couple have two beautiful daughters, Jessica and Shannon. From working in the manufacturing industry to becoming a beloved educator and administrator, Brad encouraged everyone around him and wanted everyone to succeed.
Brad enjoyed sharing his love of music with his family and friends, working in the garden with his wife, children, and grandchildren and cooking for the family gatherings. He enjoyed seeing his grandchildren doing what they loved and participated whenever he could. He loved his family, especially being “Papa” to all his grandchildren.
Brad is preceded in death by his parents, his grandson Paul, and sister Kathy.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Patricia; two daughters, Jessica Brady and husband, James and Shannon Huffman and husband, Nick; six grandchildren: Matthew, Melissa, Kristen, Ruby Ann, Isabella, and Shelby Ray; two brothers, Tom Costello and wife Cherry, and Mike Costello and wife Amy; and sister Kim Boland and husband Denny; and numerous loved family and friends.
