Gage Allen Fuque, 17, was taken into custody for possession of marijuana under two ounces during a traffic stop at 10:47 p.m. in the area of East Highway and Saratoga.According to the probable cause affidavit, when the officer approached the vehicle he detected the odor of marijuana emitting from it.
