Jackie Uriah Slate, 45, passed away suddenly Wednesday, Oct. 6.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct.20., at Highland Cemetery with pastor Doris Smith officiating, under the direction of Falls Funeral Home.
Jackie was born Nov. 26, 1975, to Glenda and Jack Slate, in Beaver OK. He spent most of his life living in Texas.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Haroldene Blum, Ruth Redman, and Luke Slate; and his great-grandparents, Jack Slate, and Casey Slate.
He is survived by his mother, Glenda Thrash of Iowa Park; grandmother, Glennis Blum; and sisters, Karla Wilson, and Janet Robertson.
