Melba Joyce Shelton Lunsford

Melba Joyce Shelton Lunsford, 83, died at her home on Wednesday, June 9, in Nocona.

Memorial services was held Friday at Oak Lawn Cemetery in Decatur with Pastor Willard Kiper officiating.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her sisters, Mary Shelton Jobe and Violet Shelton Whitworth; and her husband of almost 55 years, Raymond Chesley Lunsford.

Survivors include her children, Franklin Ray Lunsford of Lewisville, James Michael Lunsford, Marian Joyce Lunsford and Donna Lucille Lunsford Turney, all of Iowa Park, and Jerry Carson Lunsford of Nocona; sisters, Linda Watkins and Carla Womack, both of Decatur.
