After officers responded to a report of a disturbance in the 600 block of E. Bank where a woman was trying to retrieve her belongings, Kaitlynn Taylor Jakobetz, 19, was taken into custody on a Wichita Conty warrant for theft over $100/under $750. She was transported to Wichita County jail.
