Kathy Lea Costello Elliott

Kathy Lea Costello Elliott, 70, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 9.

Funeral services were Friday, at Faith Baptist Church in Iowa Park with Pastor Tim Franks, officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home in Wichita Falls.

Kathy was born on Nov. 4, 1949, in Monongah, W.V. to Forrest Leon Costello and Dolores Ann Watson Costello. She was a longtime member of Faith Baptist Church. She was a Texas Rangers fan, and enjoyed doing arts and crafts, being outdoors hiking and camping, traveling, and having cook-outs with her family and being with her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Forrest and Dolores Costello; her son, Marc Ming; and her grandson, Dylan Fish.

Survivors include her children, Jami Fish, Brett Ming, and Cayce Becker; a brother, Tom Costello; a sister, Kim Boland; her 11 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and her life-long friend and father to her children, Steve Ming.
