Harlan Eugene Anderson
Harlan Eugene Anderson, 72, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 4, in Wichita Falls. There are no services scheduled at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Dutton Funeral Home. Harlan was born Nov. 17, 1947, in Stephenville. He attended and graduated from Stinnett High School in Stinnett. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War, serving in the US Army. He worked for Phillips Petroleum for 20 years and later retired from the Texas Department of Criminal Justice at the James V. Allred Unit as a Correctional Officer. He was a Dallas Cowboy fan and enjoyed playing golf and spending time with his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Wade and Hazel Ruth (Johnson) Coffee; son, Craig Anthony Anderson; grandson, Caleb Harlan Anderson; and brother, Timothy Dale Coffee. Survivors include his siblings, Wayne F. Coffee of Elgin, OK., and Donna M. Johnson and Max W. Coffee, both of Iowa Park; and one granddaughter.
