Noah Alan Grace, 19, was taken into custody on a local warrant for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle following an accident at 1:56 a.m. last Wednesday on Smith Road.
According to the warrant affidavit, Grace was driving the vehicle when the accident occurred and there was one passenger in it.
