Shirley J. Henry

Shirley J. Henry, 80, passed away Thursday, April 11, at her daughter’s home in Frisco, after a brief battle with cancer.

No funeral services are planned.

Shirley was

born Oct. 12, 1938, in Hugo, Ok. She worked for Southwestern Bell Telephone in Wichita Falls and retired after 32 years of service. After retirement she enjoyed fishing and going to the casino. She especially enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, O.E. and Alva Sheets; and a sister, Norma Dickinson.

Survivors include her children, David L. Henry and Kelley Dophied, both of Frisco; two sisters, Linda Harris of Iowa Park, and Judy McCarthy of Sinton; a brother, Freddie Sheets of Wichita Falls; and three grandchildren.
