Calvin James Hauptman, 19, was taken into custody at 8:18 p.m. Sunday, during a traffic stop in the 1100 block of W. Louisa, on a Wichita County warrant for theft. He was transported to Wichita County jail.
Baby Frank Riley, 38, was taken into custody in the 300 block of W.
