     Stephen Wayne Routh passed from this old world to his heavenly home on August 9, 2021. Steve was born October 26, 1961 in Wichita County.  He was Kamay, Texas born and raised and proud of it.

     If you ask anyone, Steve would have been described as a good ole boy. He had a dry, quick wit that made you shake your head and chuckle, usually because it bordered on being rude and politically incorrect, but that was just Steve.

      She was born December 18, 1961 in Wichita Falls, Texas. She graduated from Iowa Park High School in 1979 and married the love of her life, Steve Routh, on December 12, 1987.

A celebration of John's life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at Anchor Baptist Church in Wichita Falls with his son, Rev. Jeremy Hare, officiating. The family will receive friends Monday night from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Pacific Avenue Baptist Church in Iowa Park, Texas. Arrangements are under the direction of Dutton Funeral Home of Iowa Park.
